Adore 2020 Tote FAQs

    1. What is the Adore Tote?

    Every year, we create a one-of-a-kind, limited edition tote bag for Black Friday. This year, we're kicking off our Black Friday early with our "Buy it! Fill it! Adore it!" Tote bag!

    2. How much is the tote bag and what is included with the purchase?

    The tote bag is $20.20. When you purchase the tote bag, you get to fill it as many times as you'd like during the month of November and receive 40% off your purchase! Adore 2020 tote bag holders will also be able to shop Black Friday weekend (Nov.27th-29th) at 50% off!

    3. Can I purchase the tote bag online?

    Yes, we will have them available online! If you purchase the tote bag online, you will receive the discount code shortly after your purchase. 

    4. Can I use the discount online? 

    Absolutely! When you purchase the tote bag, you will receive a special discount code to use online and receive 40% off. 

    5. Is everything in the store eligible for the 40% discount?

    All clothing, handbags and jewelry are eligible for the 40% off discount. ALOHA Collection, intimates and accessories are not eligible for discounts. 

    6. After November, will I receive any other discounts with the tote bag?

    Yes! After November, shop with the tote bag and receive 10% off regular-priced clothing, handbags and jewelry! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about our special tote bag promotions!

    7. Are items a final sale?

    We hope you love your purchase! If you don't, we do accept exchanges or store credit on online purchases. Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL sales condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a sales receipt. Due to COVID-19, items must be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only (store credit lasts up to two years from issued date). All undergarments (including bodysuits) and accessories (bags/clutches, jewelry, hair accs, face masks, etc) are a FINAL SALE

    Exchanges can be made in-person at either location or by mail (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). If you need to exchange for a different size, we recommend calling either store and we can check our inventory for the size you need!

    We also do not honor price adjustments on any previous purchases or flash sales. Any discount greater than 40% off is a FINAL SALE for online purchases. No exchanges or store credit will be issued.
