1.1 Where are you located?
We have two locations!
Our Kahala location is located in Kahala Mall: 4211 Waialae Ave #2050, Honolulu, Hi, 96816, (808) 737-0608.
Our Ka Makana Ali'i location is in the Ka Makana Ali'i mall: 91-5431, Kapolei Pkwy, Ewa Beach, HI 96706, (808) 628-4872.
1.2 What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, PayPal and Venmo.
We do not currently accept Adore gift cards as a form of payment on our website. If you would like to purchase items on our website with an Adore gift card, please call our Kahala store (808)737-0608, email us at [email protected] or DM us on Instagram @adoreclothing. Please have style number, color and size available when contacting us! If you email or DM us, you can send a screenshot of the the items you'd like to purchase and your best contact number. We will call you as soon as we can to process gift card payment!
Orders that have not been paid for within 2 hours of placement will be cancelled.
1.3 Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?
We ship to all 50 states and its major territories! For Hawai'i orders, a $7.95 flat rate fee will be applied at checkout. For mainland and U.S. territory orders, a $9 flat rate fee will be applied.
1.4 How soon will my order ship?
We try our best to pack and ship orders within 2-3 business days, but our expected shipping time is 5-7 business days. If you need your order rushed out, please contact us at [email protected] PRIOR to purchasing and we will be happy to work something out for you!
1.5 Do you offer in-store pickup?
YES! Love what you see online and would prefer to pick up in person? Choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout for our Kahala or Ka Makana Ali'i location!
Please note that all orders are packed at our Kahala store. For Ka Makana Ali'i pickup orders, please allow 2-3 additional days for delivery from our Kahala store to our Ka Makana Ali'i store.
1.6 How will I know when my in-store pickup order is ready for pickup?
Once payment is received, your order will be packed at our Kahala location. For Kahala pickups, your order will be ready as soon as it's packed and you will receive a call from a sales associate to let you know it's ready. For Ka Makana Ali'i pickups, your order will be packed at our Kahala location and sent to our Ka Makana Ali'i location within 2-3 days. Once it is received at our Ka Makana Ali'i location, a sales associate will call you.
Please double and triple check your phone number at checkout! Providing an email address also gives us an alternative way to contact you in case your number is incorrect or voicemail is full!
1.7 Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We hope you love your purchase! If you don't, we do accept exchanges or store credit for online purchases. Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL sales condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a sales receipt. Due to COVID-19, items must be returned within 3 days for exchange or store credit only (store credit lasts up to two years from issued date). All undergarments (including bodysuits) and accessories (bags/clutches, jewelry, hair accs, face masks, etc) are a FINAL SALE.
Exchanges can be made in-person at either location or by mail (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). If you need to exchange for a different size, we recommend calling either store and we can check our inventory for the size you need!

Items in our "End of Season Clearance Sale" are a FINAL SALE. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on these items. Thank you for your understanding.
We also do not honor price adjustment on any previous purchases or flash sales. Any discount greater than 30% is a FINAL SALE for online purchases. No exchanges or store credit will be issued. Discounts up to 30% are eligible for 3 days exchange or store credit.
1.8 I'm shopping for gifts. Can I get a gift receipt for online purchases?
Absolutely!! If you would like a gift receipt included with your order, please leave a note during checkout or email us at [email protected] In the note, include the name of the gift recipient and expected date of gift delivery. We will extend the exchange/return date based on date of gift delivery. We will also white out the price on the tag for you! Gift receipts are not available for items purchased at discounts greater than 30% off. If you would like to purchase gifts at 30% off, use code SHOP30 at checkout.
1.9 Do you add all your new arrivals to the website?
We do!!! We understand the uncertainty during this time, so we want your online shopping experience to be as close to your in-store experience as possible! Each clothing item from every shipment is added to our website for your online shopping convenience!!
1.10 How soon are your new arrivals posted on your website?
Our new arrival shipments are HUGE! We try our best to post all our new arrivals on our website within 2-3 days of receiving our shipment. See something on instagram or in-store that hasn't been posted online yet? Send us an email or DM us and we'll rush to get it online for you!
1.11 My size is sold out online. Do you ever restock items?
If your size is sold out online, please contact us via phone, email or DM! Our online inventory does not include the inventory at our Ka Makana Ali'i location and they may have the size you're looking for! If the Ka Makana Ali'i store has your size, we can add it to our website so you can still purchase it online.
We do restock popular items or bring them back in new colors/prints! Our "Restocked" category features items that have been sold out, but back by popular demand, so don't forget to check that category whenever we add new arrivals!
Also, any item that has been exchanged or returned at our Kahala store will automatically be restocked on our website too (after it goes through our sanitiation and quarantine process)!
