In-Store Pick Up:

In-Store pick up is available at our Kahala and Ka Makana Ali'i locations. All orders are packed at our Kahala store, so please allow and additional 2-3 days for In-Store Pick up at our Ka Makana Ali'i location. 

COVID-19 POLICY: Please allow for 5-7 working days for processing and shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy: 

ALL SALES FINAL on accessories, intimates, and jewelry. All tags MUST be attached to the garment in resale conditions (no damages, odors, etc) in order to receive store credit.

Adore is not responsible for the cost of returned packages and/or lost packages. We recommend tracking and insurance on packages being shipped for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
