In-Store Pick Up:
In-Store pick up is available at our Kahala and Ka Makana Ali'i locations. All orders are packed at our Kahala store, so please allow and additional 2-3 days for In-Store Pick up at our Ka Makana Ali'i location.
COVID-19 POLICY: Please allow for 5-7 working days for processing and shipping.
We hope you love your purchase! If you don't, we do accept exchanges or store credit for online purchases. Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL sales condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a sales receipt. Due to COVID-19, items must be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only (store credit lasts up to two years from issued date). All undergarments (including bodysuits) and accessories (bags/clutches, jewelry, hair accs, face masks, etc) are a FINAL SALE.
Any items purchased with a discount greater than 40% are FINAL SALE for online purchases. No exchanges or store credit will be issued. Items purchased with a discount of 30% or less are eligible for 3 days exchange or store credit.
Exchanges can be made in-person at either location or by mail (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). If you need to exchange for a different size, we recommend calling either store and we can check our inventory for the size you need!
