In-Store Pick Up:
In-Store pick up is available at our Kahala and Ka Makana Ali'i locations. All orders are packed at our Kahala store, so please allow and additional 2-3 days for In-Store Pick up at our Ka Makana Ali'i location.
COVID-19 POLICY: Please allow for 5-7 working days for processing and shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL sales condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a sales receipt. Due to COVID-19, itmes must be returned within 3 days for exchange, refund or store credit only (store credit lasts up to two years from issued date). All sale/discounted itmes, undergarments (including bodysuits), and accessories (bags/clutches, jewelry, hair accs, face masks, etc) are a FINAL SALE.
